Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity Middle School, Arvada, CO
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available for the current school year, providing services at a middle school located in the Arvada, Colorado area. This contract position will run from January 7, 2026, through May 21, 2026, offering approximately 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule to be determined. This is an on-site position with no remote or hybrid work options.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to middle school students within a caseload ranging from 25 to 45 students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district requirements.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to effective student planning.
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure.
- Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably middle school level.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse student populations and staff.
